Mental Health Initiative
IFMSA-Egypt is hosting a ''Mental Health Initiative" with the aim of raising awareness about and reducing stigma associated with mental disease. Phase 1 of the project will target medical students in Egyptian universities and as a first step a survey was tailored to assess medical students situation concerning mental health issues, specifically, regarding psychiatry as a career and stigma associated with psychiatric disorders.
